Patsy Ann Bartlett, 83, of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, passed away Friday, December 23, 2022, at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

She was born September 23, 1939, in New Madrid, Missouri, to Revel and Lettie Hice.

Survivors include her husband, Leslie Bartlett.
