Mary Jane Wilson of Beirne passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Mary Jane was born July 25, 1940, to John and Lillie Hagins Key in Ouachita County.
Larry Wayne McElhannon, age 64, of Gurdon, passed from this life on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at the Veteran’s Medical Center in Little Rock.

Marsha Kay Halbert, age 68, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Monday, May 16, 2022, at Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia.
In her spare time, Maxine could be found huddled away with a newspaper or word search book. She always kept up with the latest current events and possessed a wealth of knowledge.
Jackie was a graduate of Gurdon High School. He worked at Georgia Pacific in production. Jackie enjoyed fishing in his free time.
She united with the Union Hill Baptist Church in Lewisville and was a graduate of Foster High School. She worked at Red River Ammunitions and retired from Kilpsch Speakers in Hope.
He was also a faithful employee for 42-1/2 years at Firestone Building Parts in Prescott, where he served as Union President for more than 25 years.
Jackie was a “girly woman” who loved fashion, clothes, and looking good. She was a well-established and sought-after beautician. She developed several lasting relationships with her clients. She won their trust by giving wise counsel; proving to be a true friend.
Curtis found a passion for quartet singing. His resounding and melodious voice landed him a place with the “The Spiritual Connection”, the “Atkins Family” and lastly the “Wings of Joy”. He would sing in quartets all over the state and be well-known. He maintained close ties with Marilyn Lee Goodman who played the keyboard and Ray Gulley “Big Money Grip”.
