
Terry Clark Hardin, 68, of Bismarck, Arkansas, passed from this life on Saturday, December 24, 2022, at CHI St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs.
He was born July 16, 1954, in Clark County, to Rubin and Billie Jean Hardin. Terry graduated from Bismarck High School. He was a member of De Roche Missionary Baptist Church of Bismarck. He started Terry’s Transmissions in 1985, and he was a member/officer of The Hot Spring County Auxiliary Patrol from 1988-2004. He was also a constable for Montgomery Township. Terry was a member of The Bismarck Volunteer Fire Department.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew, Timmy Cochman.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 47 years, Beverly Ann Ault-Hardin; his daughter, Amanda (Alex) King of Gurdon, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Alexis King of Arkadelphia and Jordan Chaffin of Hot Springs; his sisters, Melva (Chuck) Thornton of Bismarck, Maurine Stiles of Bismarck, and Margaret (Paul) Stevens of Bryant; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Terry’s greatest joys were hot rods, car shows and playing his guitars. He loved spending time with his family.
Terry’s visitation will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022, at noon at Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home of Arkadelphia, with his funeral service starting at 1 p.m. with Brother Larry Newsom officiating. Burial will be at De Roche Cemetery in Bismarck.
Pallbearers will be Richard Helms, Chad Ledbetter, Ronnie Brown, Joe Shankles, Brian Cox and Dakota Patton.
The family would like to give special thanks to Davita Dialysis (Dr. Desoto) and CHI St. Vincent 4 West Nurses for the care in the last days of his life.
Food will be received at the home of Terry and Beverly after the service.
