The Arkadelphian includes names of grantees, grantors, transaction price and property description available, and does not withhold names. A variety of factors, including improvements made to a home or property, are considered in real estate prices that may increase from when the seller bought the property.
In the past two weeks, six Arkadelphia homes sold for over $100,000. Three of them sold for more than $300,000.
The top exchange is the $355,000 sale of a 2,505-SF brick home at the 1500 block of Millcreek Drive. Buyers are James and Carrie Fox. Sellers Scriven and Deborah Bernard, of Bennington, Vermont, bought the home in 2014 for $202,000.
Richard and Brandi Womack sold their brick home at the 800 block of North 12th Street for $340,000. The 3,444-SF abode sits on 1.6 acres. Buyer is John Mitchell. The Womacks bought the place in 2010 for $188,000.
Elliot and Audrey Coston are buying a 2,446-SF home at the 400 block of Cherry Street for $336,000. Sellers Breck and Olivia Owens, of Panama City, Florida, bought the place in 2024 for $310,000.
L2 Realty LLC purchased a 2,080-SF duplex at 321 N. 11th St. for $170,000. Seller is Nancy Clark, of Hot Springs. L2 Realty is registered to Lori Ross and Laura Eckhart.
Karen and Cameron Rutledge are buying a 1,174-SF brick-and-frame home at the 1900 block of Walnut Street for $160,000. Previous owners Wayne and Tanya Ruble, of Caddo Valley, paid $65,000 for the property in 2025.
Finally, Robert and Joann Moore, of Chandler, Texas, are buying a 1,309-SF home at the 1500 block of Logan Street for $100,000. Previous owners Eduard and Joy Valdez, of Hot Springs, paid $17,000 for the property in 2018.
