Court records released this week allege that 31-year-old Ted Carl Pate, of 1010 N. 16th St. Apt. 3, forced his way into the victim’s residence at 1319 N. 10th St. and struck him multiple times with a flashlight. An affidavit indicates that Pate knew the victim. Read more
