Two defendants in the civil case against convicted pedophile Barry Walker and family members of Glenwood have agreed to settle in the case.

An order by Special Judge William Randal Wright was entered in Clark County Circuit Court on June 4, 2026, stating that All Pro Contracting Inc., a Walker-owned business, and Lori Cogburn, a defendant in the case, shall have their case dismissed pursuant to a confidential settlement agreement and release of claims by the 17 victims and their representatives in the suit, which was originally filed on Sept. 25, 2022.
The filing in the case states that the claims against the two defendants will be released with prejudice with all parties bearing their own costs and attorney fees.
The dismissal includes claims against Walker’s brother, Bryce, his sister, Joyce Perser and her daughter, Prosecuting Attorney Jana Bradford, Ricky Cox and Brandy Cox as it relates to All Pro. It does not release them from anything else within the suit.
Other companies owned by Walker that are named in the suit include Walker Landscaping & Irrigation Inc., PB&B Inc., and Bear Lake Property Investments LLC.
The case was originally set to be heard by a jury on March 15, but on April 13 Wright ordered that it be delayed until March 2027.
