Wendy Nicole (Wade) Howard, age 52, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Tuesday September 8, 2026, at CHI St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Hot Springs. She was born on May 6, 1974, in Arkadelphia, the daughter of Wendell Lee and Paula Gail Nicks Wade.
Wendy was a 1992 graduate of Ouachita High School. She worked as a cosmetologist for many years. Wendy attended Faith Missionary Baptist Church and Second Baptist Church. She enjoyed shopping and camping in her free time.
Wendy was preceded in death by her mother, Paula Wade and her brother, Chad Wade.
Survivors are her father, Wendell Lee Wade of Arkadelphia, her husband, Keith Howard of Arkadelphia, two sons, Branden Howard (Kayla) of Sheridan and Karsen Howard of Arkadelphia, two grandchildren, Kimber and Austen, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, September 11, 2026, at Welch Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Morrison officiating.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time Friday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.
