F.C. Junior Looper, age 89, of Bismarck (Hot Spring County) died Monday, September 7, 2026. He was retired from Acme Brick Company of Malvern with 40 plus years, an avid deer hunter, and fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Blondell Henson Looper.
Survivors are his children, Rebecca Riggan (Robert), Tony Looper (Wendy), Erma Prault (Randy), an d David Looper (Edie); 18 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; multiple brothers and sisters; and many friends and loved ones.
Services will be announced at a later date.
