Rachael Michell Smillie, age 31, of Delight, passed from this life on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at her home. She was born January 26, 1993, in Arkadelphia, the daughter of David Terry Smillie, II and Shawna Marie Waggoner Tyson.
Rachael worked for Sonic in Murfreesboro for many years and the Southern Diner in Delight. She enjoyed spending time with her kids, being in the outdoors and hanging out with family and friends.
Rachael is survived by her parents, David Terry Smillie, II of Prescott and Shawna Marie Waggoner Tyson of Delight, her life partner, Dustin Staten of Delight, three sons, Tyler Staten, Bransyn Staten and Nykkan Staten all of Delight, one brother, David Terry Smillie III (Chasity) of Delight and one sister, Julie Burns (Derek) of Gurdon.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at Bowen Cemetery near Delight.
Visitation is private.
