Highlighting this round of real estate transactions is the $320,000 sale of a 3,001-SF brick & frame home and 1.51 acres at the 200 block of Unity Road, Arkadelphia. Steven Zhao and Summer Sun bought the property from William and Janie Thompson, who purchased it in 2012 for $115,000.

Rebekah and Peter Seyler sold their 1,508-SF frame siding home at the 200 block of West Dodson Street, Caddo Valley, to Lori Corter for $180,000. The Seylers bought the place in 2020 for $128,000.

For $161,600 Juan Manrique and Sofia Almazan bought a 2,813-SF brick home and 3.79 acres on Lower Dam Pike, Caddo Valley, by way of special warranty deed. Previous deed holder was Carrington Mortgage Services LLC. The last time the property changed hands was in 2006 when Rusty Kisling bought it for $91,000.

Wrapping up this real estate report is the $117,000 sale of 12.81 acres of timber land on the Caddo River, northwest and adjacent to Highway 84, near Amity. New owners Joshua and Lacy Terrell bought the land from David and Brenda Furr, who acquired it in 2019 for $65,000.
