The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Tuesday, April 2
8:23 a.m.
An Arkadelphia man reported losing his wallet outside Dunkin Donuts, 2708 Pine St. He added that he inquired of employees inside and was informed someone had found it and was supposed to take it to the police station.

11:26 a.m.
Officers were summoned to the 1600 block of Crawford Street, where a man reported thieves had stripped a shed of half its roof and an unknown quantity of lumber.

Wednesday, April 3
8:16 a.m.
A resident at the 1700 block of O’Connell Street reported the theft of her dog and three puppies.

1:47 p.m.
A Manchester woman reported finding damage to her vehicle, likely while she was shopping at one of three retailers in Arkadelphia.

7:33 p.m.
Kyle Ray Michael, 34, of Arkadelphia, was arrested at 311 N. 10th St. for third-degree domestic battery after a roommate phoned police to report Michael struck him during an altercation.

Thursday, April 4
8:59 a.m.
Police responded to a report of an unattended death at the 1400 block of Cutler Street. The deceased was a 69-year-old female with underlying health conditions.

2:02 p.m.
A South 6th Street woman reported being harassed by an unknown female who coaxed her dogs into the roadway. The complainant was advised of the city’s leash ordinance and informed that a report would be generated.

2:08 p.m.
Officers were summoned to a residence at the 1200 block of Evans Street, where a man reported a realtor entered the home unexpectedly to take photographs. Words were apparently exchanged between the realtor and resident. The resident was informed that a report would be on file.

2:17 p.m.
Employees at Optimum, 2505 Pine St., reported they felt threatened by a customer, apparently over a disagreement or miscommunication over activating cell service. The customer left after being told to do so. Equipped with the customer’s address, police paid a visit to her home and advised she was no longer welcome at Optimum; she said she had no intentions of returning.

3:30 p.m.
An elderly Edgewood Drive woman reported she had fallen victim to a phone scam.

Saturday, April 6
Police investigated a report of forgery at the 3000 block of Pine Street. No details were included in the report as felony cases are not available for public inspection at the Arkadelphia Police Department.

Police investigated a report of terroristic threatening at Elliston Place Apartments, 222 N. 20th St. No details were included in the report as felony cases are not available for public inspection at the Arkadelphia Police Department.

2:50 p.m.
David Silvas, 52, of Arkadelphia, was arrested at the McDonald’s parking lot for theft of property. Police were initially called to Walmart, where a loss prevention officer said a shoplifter was in custody; the shoplifter, later identified as Silvas, fled from the store in a vehicle and was located at the neighboring fast food chain.

11:10 p.m.
Lashundra Mcintosh, 45, of Arkadelphia, was arrested at Powder Mill Apartments, 2801 Twin Rivers Dr., for third-degree assault and criminal mischief. Mcintosh’s arrest followed a female’s complaint that she had kicked her car and caused damage, and that she struck her during an altercation.

Sunday, April 7
12:24 p.m.
Officers were called to an apartment complex at 2551 Country Club Road, where a man drove his truck into the building during an altercation with his girlfriend. He said his foot slipped off the brake. The report does not detail what, if any, damage was caused to the apartment’s facade.

4:20 p.m.
A Bowen Hill Road, Gurdon, woman complained that her neighbor’s dog was harassing hers.

Saturday, April 6
1 p.m.
A Highway 67 North woman reported the theft of her driver’s license and debit card.

Sunday, April 7
6:40 p.m.
A deputy responded to a welfare concern of a female believed to be the victim of domestic violence. Contact was made with the woman, who was transported to Baptist Health Medical Center for treatment of injuries to her face. The suspect had not been located at the time of the report.
