The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Arkadelphia Police Department

Thursday, Nov. 11
2:45 a.m.
Police arrested a man at Pioneer Inn for disorderly conduct. Officers responded there for a report of someone causing a “disruption” int he parking lot. They arrived to find him delivering a loud and swear-filled soliloquy from the second-floor balcony.

8:29 p.m.
Officers responded to a residence at the 1400 block of Phillips Street, where a woman reported being harassed by a man so adamant on doing her yard work that he returned to her home while she was away to clean it up and burn some debris. Police eventually made contact with the suspect and instructed him to leave the woman alone. He agreed, but said she now owes him money for the yard work; he was advised of civil procedures.

Wednesday, Nov. 10
3:09 a.m.
Police arrested a man at 12th and Caddo streets for driving while intoxicated.

9 a.m.
A Country Club Road woman reported someone severed an extension cord used to charge her electric scooter. She also reported someone attempted to pry her door open.

3:33 p.m.
A Saxony Circle man reported his mailbox was knocked over by a street department employee.

Officers opened a case of disorderly conduct involving a juvenile.

Tuesday, Nov. 9
11:52 p.m.
Police arrested a woman at 16th and Pine streets for driving under the influence and minor in possession.

Thursday, Nov. 11
John Michael Nichols, 48, no charges listed.
Klint Yarbrough, 23, was arrested for fleeing and driving without a license.
