Real Estate: 4 properties change hands in Clark County

Clark County real estate transactions recorded July 2-16, 2026, having a value of $100,000 or greater. Information is gathered from public records held by the Clark County Circuit Clerk, online real estate records via actdatascout.com and the Arkansas Secretary of State. The Arkadelphian includes names of grantees, grantors, transaction price and property description available, and does not withhold names. A variety of factors, including improvements made to a home or property, are considered in real estate prices that may increase from when the seller bought the property.

Highlighting the past two weeks of local real estate buys is the $250,000 sale of mostly landlocked property in the DeGray community west of Lower Lake. Bryan and Morgan Reeves, of Arkadelphia, are buying 80 acres of timber accessible from the east by Trimble Road via Lookadoo Road. Former owners Carey and Elizabeth Guidry, of Little Rock, paid $166,000 for the property in 2015.

Adjoining that property to the northeast is 50 acres of timber that sold to Larry and Cynthia Reeves, also of Arkadelphia. The Reeveses are buying the property from Elizabeth McMillan Jordan, of Orlando, Florida, for $101,400. The Reeveses own adjoining property to the south that includes an auto service garage on Lookadoo Road.

In residential sales, the late Sharon Riggle’s home at the 1500 block of Pine Manor Drive, Arkadelphia, sold to L2 Realty LLC for $133,000. Signing off on the deed is Deborah Presley-Brown, of Vicksburg, Mississippi, and executor of the Riggle estate. Riggle bought the 1,818-SF brick home in 1968. L2 Realty LLC is registered to Lori Ross, of Arkadelphia.

Jake and Carol Tyree, et al, are buying a 1,200-SF home at the 200 block of North 23rd Street, Arkadelphia, for $120,000. Seller is Jason Roark, of Perry. Roark bought the place in 2010 for $57,000.
