Beverly Jean (Dixon) Kelly, age 75, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at CHI St. Vincent Medical Center in Hot Springs. She was born November 5, 1950, in Arkadelphia, the daughter of the late George Edward and Billie Jean Loy Dixon, Sr.
Beverly was a 1968 graduate of Arkadelphia High School and a 1970 graduate of Henderson State University. She was a retired legal assistant for the State of Arkansas Child Support Enforcement. Beverly attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading and watching baseball in her free time.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors are her brother, Ed Dixon of Arkadelphia, one sister, Phoebe Garner of Arkadelphia, her ex husband and friend, Jerry Lynn Collins of Arkadelphia, nieces and nephews, Aly Jackson, Isabella and Tucker Dixon, Lance and Toby Garner, great nephews and great niece, Colton and Kross Jackson and Avery Garner.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, October 15, 2026, at Welch Funeral Home with Bro. Charlie Williams officiating.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 6:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
