Owen Wagner, age 83, of Odessa, Texas passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2025. He was born September 1, 1941 in Brady, Texas to the late Jess and Jessie Wagner.
Owen was a member of the American Legion and was a proud United States Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He loved fishing, hunting, and playing poker. Owen also enjoyed dancing and spending time with friends. If Owen was not outside playing with his dog, you could find him in his shop working on his latest woodworking project. After a career in sales, Owen continued working part-time delivering medication where he developed many friendships along the way. He was extremely proud of his children and grandchildren and often shared stories of their accomplishments.
Owen was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Shirley Lobstien; and brother, JB Wallace.
Survivors include his son, Will Wagner (Andrea) of Arkadelphia, Arkansas; daughter, Wren Sanchez (Javier) of Orlando, Florida; grandchildren, Brooks Wagner, Brayden Wagner, Blair Wagner, Adrian Sanchez, and Max Sanchez; and his forever best friend, his dog, Bo.
