Amity woman charged for selling Adderall to drug agent

An Amity woman has been charged after she allegedly sold pills to an undercover agent in Pike County.

According to an affidavit filed by Agent Justin Garner, he met with 68-year-old Sandra Kay Jarvis, of Amity, in accordance with a pre-arranged controlled buy of 60 pills that were supposed to be Adderall for $300.

Garner gave Jarvis the cash that had been photographed beforehand and, in exchange, she gave him 40 pills. When he asked about the additional 20 pills, she said that she had them in her car and asked if he wanted them. When he replied in the affirmative, Jarvis allegedly when to her vehicle and came back with a pill bottle and produced the pills, along with several others that appeared to be Hydrocodone.

Giving him the pills, Jarvis allegedly said she would let the agent know when she had some hydros to sell. 

Pictures of the money, pills and a recording of the transaction were then logged into evidence along with  details of Jarvis’ vehicle.

Jarvis is charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Class C Felony.
