Clark County real estate transactions recorded March 7-20, 2025, having a value of $100,000 or greater. Information is gathered from public records held by the Clark County Circuit Clerk, online real estate records via actdatascout.com and the Arkansas Secretary of State. The Arkadelphian includes names of grantees, grantors, transaction price and property description available, and does not withhold names. A variety of factors, including improvements made to a home or property, are considered in real estate prices that may increase from when the seller bought the property.

Highlighting this round of real estate transactions are five noteworthy exchanges of property along Interstate 30, once belonging to the Thomas O. Shepherd Revocable Trust, along W.P. Online mapping options do not yet reflect how the property was divided. Court records reflect that Wright & Seale Properties, registered to Bill Wright and Irwin Seale, bought 22.38 acres for $193,600. The top seller in the past two weeks was the College Inn, 1015 Pine St. Jonathan Huber’s Arkansas Realty Services bought the two motel buildings totaling 8,264-SF from Chandni Patel. According to court records, both parties had entered into a sales contract in 2018 for the $600,000 transaction, and in 2022 both parties accepted a $328,175 offer from the Arkansas Department of Transportation to purchase a pice of the property for highway purposes, yet by the end of that year Patel had not returned documents to close on the property so payment could be made. Huber would go on to file a complaint against Patel in Clark County Circuit Court, a lawsuit that is ongoing.
