Clark County real estate transactions recorded July 31 through Aug. 12, 2026, having a value of $100,000 or greater. Information is gathered from public records held by the Clark County Circuit Clerk, online real estate records via actdatascout.com and the Arkansas Secretary of State. The Arkadelphian includes names of grantees, grantors, transaction price and property description available, and does not withhold names. A variety of factors, including improvements made to a home or property, are considered in real estate prices that may increase from when the seller bought the property.
In a light two weeks of real estate transactions, a 1,360-SF home at the 800 block of Central Road sold for $100,000 to Michael and Carol Nichols. Selling the home and 1.6 acres is the Rowland Family Trust, and signing off on the deed are trustees Bruce and Joy Rowland. The Rowlands bought the property in 2005 for $50,000.
Another $100,000 sale involved a 2,190-SF home at the 100 block of Martha Lane, Gurdon. Buyers are Mark and Holly Bratton, and sellers are Jayne and Doug Rountree, of Hot Springs Village.
