Felony Friday: May 10, 2024

This is a roundup of felony charges filed between May 6-10, 2024, by the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office. The following names and charges, which are contained within public documents, are gathered from online court records available through ARCourts. Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Here’s a rundown of felony cases filed this week:

State vs. Tammy M. Trammel, possession of a Schedule I, II controlled substance – meth/cocaine between 2-10 grams; possession of drug paraphernalia to ingest, inhale, etc. Trammel, 50, was arrested on March 4 at Motel 6 in Caddo Valley. Trammel and another female, Penny Self, were taken into custody when police used assistance from a confidential informant and the parole fugitive task force to build a case. In the room police found 5.7 grams of methamphetamine and paraphernalia to ingest it.

State vs. Justin Lavon Johnson. The 33-year-old Arkadelphia resident and Level 2 sex offender was listed in January as among suspects of an alleged sexual assault of a female toddler. A home visit by an Arkansas Community Corrections probation/parole officer led to the discovery that Johnson was residing at an address other than the one registered upon his release from prison.

State vs. Coy Douglas Raybon, theft of property between $1,000-$5,000. Raybon, 39, of Hampton, is accused of stealing an ‘80s model Honda 3-wheeler from a Vaden Road property. Investigators were able to solve the theft thanks to a tip from a citizen who saw the ATV on a utility trailer being towed by a pickup. The neighbor followed the vehicle from Vaden Road to Gurdon, and police there made a traffic stop on Raybon’s vehicle.

State vs. Anthony D. Anderson, possession with purpose to deliver meth/cocaine/heroin less than 2 grams; unlawful use of a communication device. The Gurdon Marshal’s Office used a confidential informant in April 2023 to make a controlled purchase, using a phone to set up a $40 purchase of methamphetamine.
