ARDOT: Highway 7 signal near Arkadelphia up until late 2024

Lane closures began Wednesday, March 13, on Highway 7 east of Arkadelphia. The lane closure is at the highway’s intersection with DeLong Road.

The southbound lane will be closed to traffic. Northbound and southbound traffic will share the northbound lane via an alternating portable traffic signal that allows one direction through at a time.

The lane closure and the alternating traffic signal will be in place 24 hours a day until the project is complete in late 2024.

This closure will allow crews will install a concrete barrier to construct a new box culvert.

Drivers are urged to use caution while traveling in the area.
