Highlighting this round of real estate transactions is the $275,000 sale of the former Arkadelphia Millworks offices and warehouse at 2425 Country Club Road. The Hot Springs-based Monster Marine Lithium Batteries Corporation bought the property from Harrington Properties Inc. The transaction includes a 11,868-SF warehouse and office, as well as a second 6,800-SF office. MML manufactures marine-grade lithium 12V batteries geared for anglers. The company is relocating its main distribution center to the warehouse, which once housed a longtime building supplies retailer.
A 1,109-SF frame siding home at the 100 block of West Dodson Street, Caddo Valley, sold for $152,500. Robert Doster and Emily Massey bought the home from Christopher and Hallie Unruh. The Unruhs purchased the property in 2017 for $89,000.
Stewart Properties LLC, registered to Lori Stewart of Arkadelphia, purchased a 1,896-SF brick home on Yorkshire Drive, Arkadelphia, for $143,492.50. The previous owner was Betty McCommas.
For $135,000 Holly Struble bought a 2,400-SF frame siding home and 8.79 acres at the 1200 block of Copeland Ridge Road. Mark Struble was the previous owner.
Edward and Kayli May sold their 1,456-SF brick home at Westmont Circle, Arkadelphia, to Josey Leverette for $130,000. The Mays bought the property in 2018 for $62,000.
A 768-SF frame siding home at the 2300 block of Barkman Street, Arkadelphia, sold for $120,000. Riveter Investment Properties LLC, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, sold the home to Paul & Rose Properties LLC, incorporated by Robin and Dedric Jones, of Arkadelphia.
Paula Keeling sold a 1,280-SF mobile home and 20 acres of mixed pasture and timber, located at the 1000 block of Highway 128, in the Manchester community. Keeling sold the property to William and Arlene Welch for $115,000.
Rounding out these transactions is the sale of a 2,352-SF frame siding home and two adjacent lots at the 400 block of West Thompson Street, Amity. Autumn Fagan sold the home to Donald and Charlotte Macintyre for $107,000. Fagan bought the property in 2013 for $40,000.
