Shane Lucas Keeling, age 37, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on January 9, 2024, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born May 25, 1986, in Little Rock, the son of Paula Keeling.
He was a car salesman for Southwest Auto Group. Shane was a member of Third Street Baptist Church. He loved to hang out with friends, be on the water either fishing or floating. Shane loved his nephew, Clayton, for whom he loved buying the best gift at any occasion. He loved helping others and had been involved with Angel Tree in the past.
Shane was preceded in death by his granddad, Noah Ray Keeling who he called “Dad”.
Survivors are his mother, Paula Keeling of Arkadelphia, step-father, Jimmy Whittle of Arkadelphia, one brother, James Whittle (Rachael) of Dardanelle, one sister, Emalyn Whittle of Dardanelle, and one very special nephew, Clayton Whittle of Dardenelle.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, January 15, 2024, at Third Street Baptist Church with Bro. Shane Chancellor officiating.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until service time Monday at the church.
The interment will be private.
Pallbearers are James Whittle, Jimmy Whittle, Darren Wilson, Zach Owen, Billy McIntosh and Garrett Spears.
