The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Tuesday, July 25
12:29 a.m.
A female motorist reported being followed by a known male who stopped her near Henderson State University’s baseball field and smashed part of her windshield with his fist. She was advised of warrant procedures.

4:52 a.m.
A resident at the 1600 block of Main Street reported a known female broke two windows at her home. The said the suspect yelled profanities once the windows were broken and fled the scene. The complainant was advised of warrant procedures.

9:02 a.m.
Officers were summoned to an apartment complex at 120 N. 20th St. for a report of overnight criminal mischief. The female caller advised that a known female had sent her a text ordering her to send her boyfriend to meet her outside, where she was reportedly waiting with a pair of butcher knives.

Monday, July 24
9:16 a.m.
A hit-and-run was reported at Southwest Auto Collection, where an unknown black male driving a black Chevrolet Malibu struck the entry gate to the dealership. He reportedly got out of the vehicle and asked the complainant not to contact the police.

Sunday, July 23
10:56 a.m.
Officers responded to the Baptist Health Medical Center emergency room for a report of physical abuse stemming from a weekend-long argument over Snapchat. Officers were unable to locate the suspect boyfriend.

Saturday, July 22
10:53 a.m.
A breaking or entering was reported at a residence at the 300 block of North 16th Street, where a lawn care provider discovered someone had forced entry but found no items missing.

3:30 p.m.
A Fairfield Inn & Suites employee reported someone broke her car window but did not take her purse, which was inside the vehicle.

5:42 p.m.
Katy Louise Crawford, 52, of Little Rock, was arrested at Walmart for shoplifting $31 worth of merchandise, including medicine and candy.

Friday, July 21
12:16 p.m.
A Cutler Street man reported the theft of various tools from his carport: a Craftsman 4000 riding mower, a Stihl 110 chainsaw, water heaters and a floor jack.

8:40 p.m.
Ryan Jerome Zachery, 41, of Arkadelphia, was arrested at Carpenter Hill Apartments, 670 S. 6th St., for terroristic threatening, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance. Zachery’s arrest followed officers’ response to a complaint of a man making threats with a gun. A search of his person revealed a loaded pistol magazine, but no firearm was located.

10:43 p.m.
Officers were summoned to a residence at the 1200 block of Evans Street for a fight that had occurred between females. The instigator left after the fight. No arrest was made.

Wednesday, July 19
2:36 p.m.
A Lark Place woman reported receiving threatening calls from a known male.

Police investigated a juvenile runaway.

Police opened a felony investigation of the theft of a firearm on Caddo Street.

Police opened a felony case of possession of a controlled substance on Pine Street.

Tuesday, July 18
12:47 a.m.
Marcos Dominguez-Perez, 31, of Arkadelphia, was arrested at Pine and 18th streets for DWI.

12:05 p.m.
Sean Jacobrichard Redocto, 23, of Arkadelphia, was arrested at Lark Place Apartments for third-degree domestic battery, endangering the welfare of a minor and resisting arrest. Redocto’s arrest followed a report of a domestic disturbance involving a female.

8:46 p.m.
Donald Ray Williams, 57, of Arkadelphia, was arrested at Carpenter Hill Apartments for criminal trespass following a 911 call from a woman involved in a disturbance with Williams.

Monday, July 17
11:30 a.m.
The theft of a black refrigerator/freezer was reported at the office at Elliston Place Apartments, 222 N. 20th St.

Monday, July 24
10:48 a.m.
Christopher James McDonald, 22, of Arkadelphia, was arrested at 5050 Highway 8 for disorderly conduct and obstructing governmental operations. McDonald’s arrest followed deputies’ response to a disturbance between two males.

2:50 p.m.
A Manchester Road man reported receiving threatening text messages from a known male. He requested extra patrol of his neighborhood.

Sunday, July 23
6:24 p.m.
A deputy performed a welfare check on a pedestrian who “didn’t seem to be acting right” on Curtis Road. The man was released into the custody of his family.
