The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Thursday, March 30
An officer worked a case of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, refusal to submit to arrest and endangering the welfare of a minor. The incident involved a juvenile so no other information is available.

10:41 p.m.
A North 10th Street resident reported a broken window.

Wednesday, March 29
7:40 a.m.
A DeGray Road woman reported the theft of her vehicle license plate. The perpetrator replaced the stolen plate with another. Officers ran that plate through the Arkansas Criminal Information Center to learn that it belonged to a Manchester resident.

4:30 p.m.
Officers responded to Powder Mill Apartments, 2801 Twin Rivers Dr., for a domestic disturbance involving an unmarried couple. The aggressor left the scene prior to police arrival.

4:59 p.m.
A Clinton Street woman reported her estranged lover had her utilities disconnected, an act that violated a no-contact order.

6:42 p.m.
A woman reported her coworker had been sending her harassing text messages.

Tuesday, March 28
9:16 a.m.
Officers responded to Pioneer Inn, 115 N. 10th St., where a female resident reported a physical disturbance the previous night. The suspect had left the area.

Arrests in Clark County

Monday, March 27
Amy Graham, 42, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear.

Carl Quarles, 40, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for a parole warrant.

Tuesday, March 28
Jeffery Eltrich, 25, was arrested by Caddo Valley police and held for continued detention.

Michael Arroyo, 41, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for failure to appear.

Wednesday, March 29
Anna Collins, 46, was arrested for failure to comply.

Thursday, March 30
Alexis Smith, 25, was arrested for four counts of failure to appear, failure to comply and driving without a license.

Shareka Ward, 29, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
