The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Thursday, Nov. 10
9:12 p.m.
An innkeeper at Pioneer Inn reported a known suspect attempted to pay for a room with a counterfeit bill. The responding officer determined the bill was legit, but there was still no vacancy to be had for the unwanted guest.

Police opened an investigation of a commercial burglary and sealed the report as a felony case.

Wednesday, Nov. 9
9:40 p.m.
An officer arrested a man loitering behind Pine Plaza for possession of marijuana.

Officers took an information only report involving a juvenile.

Wednesday, Nov. 9
Tate Lance, 46, was held on continued detention.

Thursday, Nov. 10
Kenneth Lane Thomas, 64, was arrested for a warrant.

Gary Dewayne Davis, 49, was arrested for absconding and theft of property.

Gimi Chicu, 29, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for ficticious license and no child restraint.

ElisaBeta Ilie, 25, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for theft.

Zada Sehere, 29, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for theft and placed on a 48-hour hold per the request of Homeland Security/Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
