Verizon service down due to water tower repairs

By KELLY STILES | The Arkadelphian

Verizon users of Arkadelphia have been experiencing a lack of cell phone service due to the repairing of the water tower on Caddo St. which houses several antennas, according to mayor Scott Byrd.

The water tower across from Greater Pleasant Hill Baptist Church is in the midst of intensive restoration. As a structure higher than most nearby, the tower houses antennas for many purposes. The Verizon antenna was affected more than others.
