Judith Lane

It is with profound sadness that the family members of Judith Annette Williams Lane announce her passing on October 9, 2022, at age 72, at her home in Katy, Texas.

Born August 11, 1950, to Morris Wayne Williams and Leslie June Frost, in Portland, Oregon, Judith graduated high school in Arkadelphia and attended Henderson State College.

Judith is survived by her daughter, Julie Lyn Davis; and granddaughters, Madison Kaylee Taylor and Mya Corene Taylor, of Katy, Texas. She is also survived by a sister, Debra Lyn Williams, of Conway; and a former husband, John L. Davis, of Hot Springs.

She was predeceased by a brother, Dennis Lyn Williams; and a former husband, Bob Lane.

Judith worked in various positions having to do with collections over the years in several locations: Arkadelphia, Fayetteville, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Manvel, Texas, and Houston. She had a great attitude about life, right up until the end, and had many friends, including high school classmates, who thought so much of her. Judith’s granddaughters were the light of her life during the past years. She will be greatly missed by friends and family.

Future plans for a celebration of Judith’s life will be announced at a later date.
