The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Tuesday, July 19

Police opened a felony case of theft.

7:13 p.m.
A Forrest Park Drive woman reported that an unknown person entered a car parked at her residence. The woman did not believe anything was missing from the car.

Monday, July 18

4:22 p.m.
Police responded to a welfare concern on South 5th Street.

Tuesday, July 19

5:05 p.m.
Deputies responded to multiple calls on Holt Road regarding someone at a neighboring residence shooting guns excessively in unsafe directions. Deputies spoke with the neighbor, who said friends were trying out their new guns on his property.

1:55 p.m.
A man reported a ski trailer stolen from Iron Mountain Marina.

Arrests

Monday, July 18

Donald Williams, 56, was sentenced to Arkansas Department of Corrections.

Lindsey Trejo, 27, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for failure to appear, failure to comply, no insurance, driving while intoxicated and failure to register vehicle.

David Spears, 22, was arrested for commercial burglary, theft of property and possession of a firearm.

Tuesday, July 19

Jarrod Cogburn, 19, was arrested for failure to appear.

Chase Ethan Garner, 22, was arrested for sexual indecency with a minor.
