The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Sunday, May 15

Officers worked a case of a runaway juvenile.

Friday, May 13

Police opened three felony cases of breaking or entering to vehicles.

10:31 a.m.
Officers responded to a business on Executive Circle for a verbal altercation stemming from a biker’s claim that a person there had caused him to wreck his motorcycle on May 11. Police learned the biker had tried to pursue the complainant following the original incident but gave up, then located his vehicle on this date and took it upon himself to go into the establishment and demand reimbursement for damages.

10:59 a.m.
A motorist reported another vehicle ran hers off the road at 26th and Pine streets, causing her to hit a curb and have a flat tire. The complainant went on to say the suspect vehicle had pulled into a nearby parking lot. Officers were able to make contact with the suspect driver, who said she was getting pizza when she heard a crash outside but saw nothing.

Friday, May 13

Jason Poole, 41, was arrested for a warrant.

Saturday, May 14

Rochelle Culp, 30, was arrested for driving while intoxicated (second offense), no headlights and refusal to submit.

Sunday, May 15

Landon Shane Humphrey, 28, continued detention.

Ashley Castle, 35, continued detention.

Dennis Hopson, 65, was arrested for failure to comply.
