Sunday, Aug. 8
6:41 a.m.
Police were called to a Hartford Drive residence, where a woman reported her child’s father had shown up without an invitation and under the influence of drugs. Officers learned that the suspect had walked to the residence from Cox Mobile Manor; he was given a courtesy ride back to the trailer park and instructed not to return.

10:08 a.m.
Officers took a report of a hit-and-run that happened at 26th and Caddo streets. The complainant drove his vehicle to the police department to file the complaint, saying a silver SUV struck him at the four-way intersection.

6:14 p.m.
Officers were summoned to a residence at the 1500 block of Logan Street for a dispute between neighbors over what the complainant was doing in his bushes.

Arrests

Friday, Aug. 6
Sandra Kay McClure, 60, was arrested for criminal trespass and resisting arrest.
Wakanda Morris Davidson, 64, was arrested for public intoxication.

Saturday, Aug. 7
Elijah Nathan Carroll, 19, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for driving while  intoxicated, driving without a license and speeding.
Brandy Ashley, 34, was arrested for failure to appear.
John C. Studer, 71, continued detention for a breaking and entering charge.
Shaikh Alam, 50, continued detention.

Sunday, Aug. 8
Patrick D. Tinch, 33, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for a warrant.
Joseph D. Addison, 25, was arrested for a warrant.
