Inmate escapes Clark County Jail; manhunt on for Sean Anthony Bright

This post was updated 4/6/26 with updates. It also corrects the date the suspect was last incarcerated. The search continued Monday for a prisoner who escaped from the Clark County Detention Center. Sean Anthony Bright remains on the lam after he reportedly walked away from a kitchen detail Sunday afternoon. Sheriff Jason Watson said agencies used tracking dogs throughout the night in search of Bright, 31. He is described as a white male standing at 5-foot-4-inches and weighing 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing either a jail-issued orange shirt or a white shirt, with either orange or brown pants.…

Duck Derby returns to Caddo Valley on April 11

The community is invited to take part in the annual, fun-filled festivities that raise funds for a special cause. The Duck Derby Festival, benefitting the Percy and Donna Malone Child Safety Center, will take place Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Lower Lake Recreation Area.
