Inmate escapes Clark County Jail; manhunt on for Sean Anthony Bright

An inmate of the Clark County Detention Center walked away from the jail Easter Sunday. At about 3:10 p.m. Sunday, April 5, 2026, 31-year-old Sean Anthony Bright walked away from a kitchen detail wearing a jail-issued orange T-shirt and brown shorts, Clark County Sheriff Jason Watson confirmed. There was conflicting information regarding what clothing Bright was last seen in. An alert broadcast by Henderson State University noted that he was wearing a white T-shirt with orange pants; asked about this detail, the sheriff said Bright may have removed his orange shirt. Duck Derby returns to Caddo Valley on April 11

The community is invited to take part in the annual, fun-filled festivities that raise funds for a special cause. The Duck Derby Festival, benefitting the Percy and Donna Malone Child Safety Center, will take place Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Lower Lake Recreation Area.
