The City of Arkadelphia’s Sanitation Department is hosting its semiannual trash bag pickup event at the Recreation Center on June 26-28, 2024.
The drive-thru style event will begin on Wednesday, June 26 at the Recreation Center. Pickup will be daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The semiannual event will end at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 28.
Residents who do not attend the pickup event at the Recreation Center will have six weeks to visit the Sanitation Department to pick up their free trash bags. The Sanitation Department is located at 267 Hemphill Road in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Their hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The June voucher will expire on August 5, 2024.
Residents can purchase trash bags from the Sanitation Department year round. Trash bags can be purchased at the Sanitation Department for $10.
