The Lanes bought the place in 1988 for $58,000.
In Gurdon, a 1,686-SF brick home at the 1100 block of East Crayton Street sold for $129,900 to Vickye Backus. Former owners Lucinda and Jacylyn Speak bought the place in 2020 for $84,000.
In the DeGray community, Theresa Bland is buying a 1,128-SF home on nearly 4 acres at Pin Oak Lane for $115,000. Seller is the Jones Family Residential Trust, and signing off on the deed is trustee Stephen Jones, of Richmond, California. The Jones family bought the property in 2017 for $66,000.
Bailey and Brennen Gonzales are buying a 1,118-SF brick home and adjacent vacant lot at the 2300 block of Sylvia Street, Arkadelphia, for $115,000. Sellers are Rebecca and Shane McBride, et al.
A 1,142-SF home at the 1500 block of Phillips Street, Arkadelphia, sold to Exotic Travel Destinations LLC for $110,000. Sellers Mary and Scott Cross bought the property in November 2025 for $100,000. Exotic is registered to Donna Macon, of Mountain Home.
