William Cecil Stone, Jr., age 59, of Delight, passed from this life on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at his home. He was born December 8, 1966, in Harrison, the son of William Cecil and Helen Smith Stone, Sr.
William was a 1984 graduate of Delight High School. He was retired from Southern Bakery in Hope. William enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Cecil Stone, Sr, two brothers, Dean and Darrell Stone.
Survivors are his mother, Helen Bohannon of Delight, one son, Jason William Stone of Delight, three daughters, Michelle Brown (Johnathan) of Camden, Whitney McElroy (Shane) of Delight and Sage Stone of Washington State, one brother, John Stone (Tammy) of Delight, three sisters, Debra Huffman (Allen) of Delight, Amanda Steel (Troy) of El Dorado and Leona Pope (David) of Arkadelphia, and nine grandchildren.
Private family services are being planned.
