Real Estate: 6 Clark County properties change hands in two-week period

Clark County real estate transactions recorded Jan. 23 through Feb. 5, 2026, having a value of $100,000 or greater. Information is gathered from public records held by the Clark County Circuit Clerk’s Office, online real estate records via actdatascout.com and the Arkansas Secretary of State. The Arkadelphian includes names of grantees, grantors, transaction price and property description when available, and does not withhold names. A variety of factors, including improvements made to a home or property, are considered in real estate prices that may increase from when the seller bought the property.

The real estate transaction bringing in the largest sum of money in the past two weeks is the $269,000 sale of a 1,952-SF brick home at the 2300 block of Elaine Street in Arkadelphia. Joyce Meiser bought the property from Craft Properties LLC, registered to Keith and Shelly Craft of Arkadelphia.

South of Arkadelphia on Open Banks Road, Aaron and Lydia Hartley bought some 60 acres of land from Andrew Griffin’s Mitchell Stewart Griffin Developments LLC. The agreed-upon price was $170,000. The acreage adjoins the Hartley’s existing property.

In the Southfork community near Gurdon, Daniel and Sarah Stuart, of Benton, bought 40 acres of mixed timber and pasture north of Southfork Road from Patrick and Kayla Harrington, of Amity, for $170,000.

In Caddo Valley, Lisa Hill Rentals LLC, registered to Lisa Austin of Arkadelphia, bought half an acre from Jonathan Huber’s Arkansas Realty Services LLC for $125,000. A search of actdatascout offered few details on the whereabouts of the property; Arkansas Realty Services owns properties on Dodson Road, Frost Road and Brandi Lane.

Lisa Hill Rentals also bought a 899-SF home at the 200 block of Clay Street in Arkadelphia for $115,000. Seller of the property is HRP & BME Partnership, with Jonathan Huber and William Elrod signing off the deed.

South of Gum Springs, Willie and Linda Anderson, of Fairview, Missouri, sold 5 acres containing a 2,340-SF home and 1,368-SF mobile home at the 3000 block of U.S. Highway 67. Chris Reid Jr. is buying the property for $106,500.
