Margie Allgood

Margie May (Stone) Allgood, age 87, of Delight, passed from this life on Friday, September 19, 2025, at Murfreesboro Care Center in Murfreesboro.  She was born February 18, 1938, in Wadesville, IN, the daughter of the late William Ralph and Beauty Nelson Woods.  

Margie was a retired Hematologist with UAMS in Little Rock and a home health worker.  She was a member of Delight Church of Christ.  Margie enjoyed reading, gardening and visiting with family and friends in her free time.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, three husbands, Leon McKinnon, William K. Stone and Terry Allgood, four sisters, Mary Woods, Alice Burnett, Betty Schneider and Ruby Folsom, five brothers, Wayne, Harold, Joe, Ronnie and Donnie Woods. 

Margie is survived by four sons, Leon McKinnon (Anne) of Delight, Randy McKinnon (Jan) of Hope, Rodney Stone (Jeanie) of Delight and Stacey Stone (Tracy) of Gurdon, one daughter, Susan Hicks (Randy) of Murfreesboro, one sister, Doris Radosovic of Chillicothe, IL, seven grandchildren, Sara Johnson (EJ), Jessie Hudgins (Marcus), Brad McKinnon (Alice), Jordan Jones (Jacob), Jake Stone (Samantha), James Stone (Morgan), Kaylie Stone and twelve great-grandchildren.  

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at the Delight Church of Christ with Roger Genung and Brent Alexander officiating. 

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at the Delight Church of Christ. 

Interment will be in the Delight Cemetery. 

Pallbearers are EJ Johnson, Marcus Hudgins, Brad McKinnon, Jacob Jones, Jake Stone, James Stone and Payton Lemoine. 

Honorary pallbearers are Wallace Alexander, Joe House, Anthony Quinney and Vance Wilson. 

In our minds if you are a friend of the family, we consider you an honorary pallbearer. 

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Delight Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 84, Delight, AR 71940.
