Officers made contact with the male, Michael Sim Flora, 47, who said the two had gotten into an argument over a cell phone when the female began throwing items. While speaking with Flora, dispatchers advised of an active protection order out of Garland County, with the female listed as the petitioner; it was also discovered that Flora had an active failure to appear warrant in Clark County. He was arrested for violating the order and for failing to appear. Flora said they entered through a window. Officers observed an open window, but no suspicious marks on his body. Moments prior to police arrival the female had requested a civil standby to gather her belongings from Flora’s residence; she and Crumley arrived while Flora was making his complaint.
