Residents and business owners in Clark County have until May 31, 2025, to assess their personal and business property.
Property must be assessed by the deadline to avoid a 10% penalty.
Residents may assess in person at the Clark County Assessor’s Office, located downstairs in the courthouse at 401 Clay St., Arkadelphia. Other options are by phone at 870-246-4431 or online.
Online assessments of vehicles, ATVs, trailers, boats, and other personal property is available to anyone who assessed last year. First-time assessments, personal information updates, or adding an item to your assessment other than a car, truck, SUV or van should be done by contacting the assessor’s office.
Business owners are required to report all tangible business property assets or listings that are used to operate a business.
