For $272,000 Zane and Lindsey Luekenga purchased a 2,168-SF brick home on Glendale Court, Arkadelphia. Seller was the George Mertens Revocable Trust.
Brandon and Amanda Gills sold their 2,318-SF brick home at the 2000 block of Elaine Circle, Arkadelphia, for $242,000. The buyer is Myron and Courtney Horton. The Gillses bought the place in 2021 for $160,000.
Lucas and Natalie Leamons bought a 1,140-SF frame siding home and 5 acres of Ouachita River bottoms for $140,000. The property, located on Nix’s Ferry Road near the southeastern tip of Clark County, was previously owned by James Carter.
Yukiko Taylor sold her 1,383-SF frame siding home at the 1300 block of Hunter Street, Arkadelphia, to Brittany Wright for $124,000. Taylor bought the place in 2006 for $82,000.
