Temperatures across Arkansas, at least through the week of Aug. 5-11, will continue to be hotter than a pawn shop pistol.
The seven-day forecast for the Arkadelphia area includes highs in the upper 90s, with Wednesday’s actual temperature topping out above 100°F. Nighttime lows will be in the mid-70s.
Rain is not in the forecast this week.
Max heat index values are expected to be in the triple digits all week, according to the National Weather Service in Little Rock.
