Lottery sales take dip in June

Lottery ticket sales in Clark County during June 2024 totaled $443,966.50, according to a report released by the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration – Office of the Arkansas Lottery.

The figure is down from $448,473 in May lottery sales.

Statewide, Arkansas had lottery ticket sales of $45,453,004 in June; down from $50,364,497.50 in in May.

The seven-county area collectively sold more than $2.1 million in lottery tickets, or roughly 4.6% of the state’s total sales. Regional sales fell about $160,000 from the previous month’s report.

The six neighboring counties (county seats in parentheses) surveyed had lottery ticket sales as follows for the month of June:

Dallas (Fordyce) had lottery ticket sales totaling $193,100 in June; down from $216,759 the previous month.

Hot Spring County (Malvern) had lottery ticket sales totaling $434,241 in June; down from $484,378 the previous month.

Montgomery County (Mt. Ida) had lottery ticket sales totaling $45,571 in June; down from $53,579 in May.

Nevada County (Prescott) had lottery ticket sales totaling $171,876 in June; down from $181,618.50 the previous month.

Ouachita County (Camden) had lottery ticket sales totaling $686,916 in June; down from $725,258 in May.

Pike County (Murfreesboro) had lottery ticket sales totaling $126,946.50 in June; down from $154,004 the previous month.
