Fentanyl seized in Caddo Valley traffic stop

An Arkadelphia woman faces multiple felony drug charges after police say they found fentanyl and other narcotics in her possession during a Caddo Valley traffic stop.

Precious Noel Walker is charged with three felony counts of drug possession and one misdemeanor count of drug possession, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia, also a misdemeanor.

Walker, 26, was the backseat passenger of a vehicle in a March 2 traffic stop at 195 Valley St. in Caddo Valley. She initially produced a bag of marijuana to Caddo Valley Officer Kyle Shelby and was placed into custody for that offense, according to a probable cause affidavit. It was then that Agent Josh Waldrum of the 9E Judicial Drug Task Force arrived on scene and aided in a search of the vehicle.

Inside Walker’s purse law enforcement reportedly located cocaine, “multiple” pills, methamphetamine and fentanyl. She was transported to the Clark County Detention Center, where a search of her person revealed yet more cocaine.

The affidavit does not indicate the weights of the substances allegedly found, but says they were later field tested with positive results.

Walker’s bond was set at $50,000 in a first appearance on March 4. Arraignment is set for April 2.
