Raymond Thomas, 45, was arrested for failure to comply (child support).
Christopher L. Prater, 23, was arrested by Arkansas State Police and held for continued detention.
Timothy Rashaad Jones, 21, was arrested by Arkansas State Police and held for continued detention.
