Highlighting this round of real estate transactions is the $1,125,000 sale of an apartment complex at 2551 Country Club Road, Arkadelphia. Dr. Derrick and Deanne Ross bought the three apartment dwellings from JMRW Properties LLC, which is registered to builder and state Rep. Richard Womack. The apartments, situated on 2.46 acres, were sold to Womack in October 2023 for $1,035,000.
Just off of Caddo Valley’s Channel Drive sits a 2,522-SF brick home on 61.40 acres on Hideaway Lane. Janet and Paul Sandman sold the property to Roger and Jillian Adams for $560,000.
Earl Peeples, d/b/a Peeples Investments LLLP, bought 219.57 acres of secluded woodlands east of Davidson Campground Road and south of the Methodist encampment near Hollywood. Peeples purchased the property for $295,500 from the Joan H. Clinton Trust.

For $286,000 Clyde Briggs and Tracy Calabrese bought a 2,484-SF frame siding home on Riverside Drive, Arkadelphia, from Donald and Beverly Tatman.
The Ross Foundation purchased 120 acres of timber south of Witherspoon Road for $277,000. The previous owner was Janet Glover. The property is dissected by a gas pipeline and adjacent to a power line right-of-way. The land last sold in 2006 to William Glover for $114,000.

Donna and James Ezell sold their 2,031-SF brick home on Evonshire Drive, Arkadelphia, to Josh and Brandi Lingo at a price of $255,000. The Ezells bought the property in March 2023 for $250,000.
A 2,590-SF brick home on Short Leaf Court, Arkadelphia, sold to Neal Taggard for $192,250. John Anthony was the previous owner.
William Davis bought a 961-SF brick home at the 1800 block of Sylvia Street, Arkadelphia, for $157,000. Andrew Kneebone, d/b/a Greenstone Holdings Inc., purchased the property for $73,000 in 2022.
Wrapping up these property transactions is the $125,000 sale of a 984-SF frame siding home at the 1400 block of Martin Street, Arkadelphia. New owner Jasmine Leon bought the place from Steven and Lori Smith, who acquired the home in August 2023 for $52,000.
