Jeremy Collins

Jeremy Troy Collins, age 42, of Fayetteville, passed from this life on Monday, February 12, 2024, at his home.  He was born October 8, 1981, in Hot Springs, the son of James Troy and Ann Palmer Collins.  Jeremy was a 2000 graduate of Marion High School.  He was employed as a damage prevention specialist with Ark Ups.  Jeremy was a United States Army veteran.  He enjoyed computers, hiking and automotive repair in his free time.  Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandparents, J.T. & Mae Collins, Bob and Zuma Palmer, one uncle, Mark Palmer and one sister, Amanda Collins.

Survivors are his parents, James Troy and Ann Collins of Damascus, one son, JT Connor Collins (Courtney) of Ft. Cavazos, TX, one brother, Jonathan Tyler Collins (Brittany) of Damascus, one sister, Tiffany Leanne Harrell (Justin) of Greenbrier, one niece, Addy Harrell, three nephews, Judah Tate Collins, Hunter Harrell and Jaxon Harrell.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at 11:30 AM Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Pastor Jason Johnston officiating. 

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Welch Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Robert Collins, Tyler Collins, Tyler Torres, Justin Harrell, Preston Williams and Matthew Murch. Honorary pallbearers are Carlous Murch and Ed Collins, Jr.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675-8516.
