Casandra Estelle New, age 46, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at her home. She was born June 17, 1977, in Malvern, the daughter of the late Buddy and Carolyn Sheppard New.
Casandra was a graduate of Bismarck High School. She was a homemaker and a Christian. Casandra loved her grandson, writing and playing horseshoes in her free time.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Casandra is survived by her life partner, William Allen of Arkadelphia, one son, Christopher Knotts of Grafton, WV, one daughter, Alexis Holden (Ryan Allen) of Arkadelphia, two brothers, Christopher New of Little Rock and Buddy New of Hot Springs, four sisters, Victoria Sheppard of Hot Springs, Emily New of Bismarck, Sara Blackmon of Bismarck and Jessie Blackmon of Bismarck, and one grandson, Greyson Allen of Arkadelphia.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, February 12, 2024, at Welch Funeral Home.
