Derek Franklin and sons Eli and Ezra dropped off cases of jerky donated by Arkansas Hunters Feeding the Hungry. They went to all of the Arkadelphia School District campuses. Franklin is a board member for the local chapter Hunters for the Hungry. 

Peake is accepting nonperishable food items and monetary donations for its backpack food program to supplement students with food insecurity at home. Backpack food suggestions are ramen noodles, canned goods, mac & cheese, pasta, packaged snacks and drinks.

Additionally, monetary donations can be made at Patterson Federal Credit Union to the CARE account.
