Gloria Gaye (Galusha) Atchley, age 82, of Hot Springs, passed from this life on Monday, June 12, 2023, at Brookfield Assisted Living Center in Hot Springs. She was born December 1, 1940, in Perkins, OK, the daughter of the late Alford and Goldie Dykes Galusha.
Gloria was a 1958 graduate of Enid High School in Enid, OK. She was the vice-president and co-owner of Right-of-Way, USA. Gloria was a member of First Methodist Church, Ruth Chapter 447, Order of the Eastern Star of Enid, OK. She enjoyed baking and cooking in her free time.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents and one sister-in-law, Lena Galusha.
Survivors are her husband of sixty-three years, Joe Charles Atchley of Hot Springs, two sons, Mark Charles Atchley (Denise) of Taylors, SC, and Michael Martin Atchley (Lisa) of Enid, OK, one brother, Larry Galusha of Texas, two sisters, Vallie Messick (Ron) of Genesee, ID and Janet Ramsey of Enid, OK, three grandchildren, Mallory Bryant, Matthew Atchley and Madelyn Atchley all of Enid, OK, two great-grandchildren, Harrison Bryant and Josie Bryant both of Enid, OK.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Dalark Methodist Church with Pastor Travis Langley officiating.
Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Welch Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Atchley Cemetery at Dalark.
