Highlighting this round of real estate transactions is the $3.43 million sale of a gas station on West Pine Street. Circle K Stores Inc. purchased the station and 1.78 acres at 3005 Pine St. from AF Partners LLC. CLICK HERE to read more about the sale of the business.
Another exchange exceeding $1 million was a Caddo Valley hotel purchase. DNJ Caddo Valley LLC, which is registered to Jagdish Patel of Arkadelphia, purchased the Baymont by Wyndham at 100 Crystal Palace Dr. for $2.42 million. Previous owner Additya, a Missouri limited liability company, bought the 57-unit hotel in 2019 for $2.08 million.
One transaction that was omitted from the last real estate report was the $520,000 land sale at 114 N. 10th St., the site of a Winner’s Circle fuel station. The Arkansas State Highway Commission now owns much of the parking lot facing 10th and Caddo streets, as well as the lot where the fuel pumps and covering are located.
For $140,000, Darrell Hill bought 35.87 acres of pasture and timber at the 4000 block of Kansas Road near Gurdon. The property includes two mobile homes and poultry houses. Previous owners were Robert and Der Yang.
Evonshire Properties LLC purchased a 768 SF frame siding house at the 2300 block of Barkman Street in Arkadelphia for $115,000. Evonshire is registered to Scott Nelson of Malvern. Previous owners were Bobby and Dorinda Suitor.
For $125,000, a 1,364 SF brick home on East Crayton Street in Gurdon sold to Darrin and Randi Cooper. Previous owners John and Cadee Jones purchased the property in 2017 for $61,000.
Roy Thompson Jr. bought a 1,862 SF brick home on the 100 block of Leewood Street in Arkadelphia for $185,000. Previous owners were Laura Hedgepeth and John Holloway.
Josh Cantrell purchased a 40-acre strip of timberland north of Walker Road, which is located south of Highway 8 between Amity and Alpine. Previous owner was Grady Fagan.
For $189,500, Cierra and Andre Bell purchased a 2,655 SF mobile home on 4.65 acres at the 400 block of Red Hill Road in Arkadelphia. The property last sold in 2011 to Joel and Mary Cooper for $85,000.
Jesi and David Childres bought a 1,842 SF frame siding home at the 1100 block of East Walnut Street in Gurdon for $170,000. Previous owners were Leah and Joshua Dorsey.
Jay and Jessica Arnold bought a 1,708 SF brick duplex at the 400 block of North 15th Street for $135,000. Previous owner was KMA LLC, which is registered to Phillip Loe Jr. of Arkadelphia.
